导叶内撑机器人冲压线

产线由机器人控制，实现伺服偏摆送料机、冲床、模具的自动化连线生产，针对小批次、高
精度、结构复杂的水泵核心冲压件定制，通过生产过程中各工序间的自动搬运、零件精准定位，
实现从不锈钢原料至冲压成品的一件流生产。

●一件流生产，无中间在制品，提高冲压件拉伸的产品质量，规避传统工艺半成品存放过程
中的开裂等问题。

Impeller inner brace robot stamping line
The production line is controlled by robots, realizing the automatic production
of servo tilting feeder, punch press, and die linkage, customized for small-batch, high-precision, and structurally
complex water pump core stamping parts. Through the automatic handling of each process and precise positioning
of parts during the production
process, it achieves one-piece flow production from stainless steel raw materials to stamped products.
● One-piece flow production avoids problems such as cracking during the traditional process of storing semi-
finished products and improves the product quality of stamping parts stretching.
● Robot operation improves the safety of employee operation.
