智能立体库

智能立体库共有 8 通道，配备 MES、WMS（仓库管理系统）和 WCS（仓库设备控制系统）
实现整个立库的自动入库、出库作业，与 ERP 系统数据实时联结，实现物料的智能化管理。

●模具集中、分类存放，记录模具使用寿命、有效预警，确保模具按期保养，提高产品质量。
●配备 WMS 和 WCS 系统可实现物料 / 模具准确跟踪。
●通过WMS和ERP系统的联结，有效提高计划准确性、及时性，为产品高效率的交付提供保障。

Intelligent Stereoscopic Warehouse
The intelligent stereoscopic warehouse has 8 channels and is equipped with MES, WMS (warehouse management
system), and WCS (warehouse equipment control system) to achieve automatic warehousing and outbound
operations for the entire warehouse. It is linked in real-time with the ERP system data to achieve intelligent material
management.
● The molds are centralized and stored by classification, and the service life of the molds is recorded with effective
warnings to ensure that the molds are maintained on schedule and improve product quality.
● Equipped with WMS and WCS systems to accurately track materials/molds.
● Through the connection of WMS and ERP systems, the accuracy and timeliness of planning can be effectively
improved, providing a guarantee for the efficient delivery of products.
