高完整性压力保护系统 (HIPPS)
高完整性压力保护系统（HIPPS）是一种由一个或两个Quam闸阀组成的装置，该装置主要设计用于保护下游设备免受来自上游超压或
其他极端条件影响。
HIPPS系统的主要功能是，确保在管路可能出现过压危险时立即关闭下游流量：此保护系统的关闭时间通常不到2秒。
整个HIPPS系统已通过SIL-3认证，可完美执行各项功能和命令（通过执行器和相关的独立控制系统进行操控）。
通常由于HIPPS系统暴露在恶劣环境下并且原始液体会流经HIPPS系统，因此HIPPS系统的材料和设计特性都会经过精心选择，由此最
大程度避免侵蚀和腐蚀情况发生。
• 尺寸：最大为12”。
• 压力额定值：最大20000 psi。
• 可采用的HIPPS系统配置：气动或液压，电动或机械。

液压动力装置(HPU)
Quam液压动力装置是向阀门执行器供给液压液体的动力系统，该系统可向单阀/多阀系统或其他项目供液。
HPU可完全依照客户规格制造，也可以根据标准Quam配置并结合我们的经验制造。
Quam的HPU可作为简单的动力源装置使用，也可以搭配控制系统对集成阀门进行操控。根据客户要求，HPU可采用撬装或独立安装方
式，也可以直接安装于执行器上。

井口控制盘(WHCP)
井口控制面板是一种控制上层采油树各个阀门开启/关闭的液压控制系统。WHCP的主要功能包括：当出现需要中断作业的紧急情况时，
保证油井安全阀远程自动关闭以达到保护油井的目的；确保安全手动关闭选项始终处于可用状态。Quam井口控制面板可完全依照客户
规格制造，也可以根据标准Quam设计并结合我们的经验制造，具体有单井型和复杂多井型两种配置可选。其适用于陆上应用和海上应
用。

2.1 Range

Choke valves
Choke valves are control devices, mostly used in upstream of an oil well to regulate flow and pressure of fluids produced by the well, but
also in other application fields, such as drilling, water injection, gas lift, heater by-passes.
These valves, through a customized trim, allow to optimize well production with extreme precision, guaranteeing full control of exiting
fluids.
By being generally exposed to a harsh environment, with raw fluids flowing through them, Choke valves are manufactured with materials
and design characteristics carefully selected, in order to minimize possible erosion, corrosion, cavitation and vibration phenomena.
Our Choke valves are proposed to our customers with different trim configurations, with manual-operated option (handwheel/hand-pump),
complete Quam-made actuators, hydraulic, pneumatic or with electric actuator.
• Dimensions: up to 12”.
• Pressure ratings: up to 20.000 psi.

Gate valves
Gate valves are on/off equipment, fully opened or totally closed, which allow or deny the passage of the fluid through a pipe; their
movement is typically linear, perpendicular to the flow direction.
Gate valve primary function consists in stopping or permitting the flow of the fluid through the pipeline: the design of these valves is
therefore optimized in order to guarantee excellent shut-off characteristics “tight shut-off”, with minimal or non-existent pressure loss.
Thanks to these properties, Quam-manufactured Gate valves represent the best solution for different applications such as ESDV
(Emergency Shut-down Valve) and SSV (Surface Safety Valves).
