Bonomi China (Bonomi Valves Automation Shenzhen) was founded.

Bonomi Group has completed the acquisition of Tecnovielle, manufacturer of brass valves and fittings for polyethylene pipes.

conditions, 85% of Ghibson Italia, a company specialized in the production of butterfly valves and check valves for
different industrial applications, Ghibson & Co., a company which supports and completes the range of Ghibson Italia
and AVS AB - Automatik Ventiler System, a Swedish commercial company supplying industrial plants.
