2. The commercial offer

Valbia products can be installed in new and existing plants. Electric and pneumatic actuators can be used in many different applications.
The main features of Valbia products, organized by type and markets, can be summarized as follows.

Standard products
The standard products are shown in this catalog: they are the most common requested. Each product can be choosed starting from a
unique code that identifies model series, type and construction components. The product can be chosen independently by the customer
by consulting the catalog, visiting the website or with the assistance of a sales manager. These items are usually on stock for immediate
delivery.

Batch products
This category refers to electric and pneumatic actuators produced in mini-series for specific industrial applications. Special products
can be assemble starting from standard components assembled in different configurations compared to the standard ones. Product
selection can only take place through the experience provided by a technical sales manager. These special products can be divided in 2
categories: actuators, and turnkey solutions (valve + actuator).
Valbia sales managers support every day the clients to identify the correct products as a mix of valves, actuators and accessories.

Tailor-made products
Theses products can be developed starting from technical specifications defined by an engineering company or an OEM. The production
of these non-standard actuators require multiple skills: technical design and regulations competence, plant engineering, quality production
standards. Valbia, thank to the competence of an expert team, can answer to the most complex requests for on-shore and off-shore
applications (painting cycle reports, antishock resistance, valve control panels, etc.)
