CTS同层排水管道系统 排水篇

同层排水是指卫生器具排水管不穿越楼板到下层空间，与卫生器具同层敷设并接入立管的排水方式。相比传统的隔层排
水，它优点在于界限分明，使用者可以在本层维修管道，避免干扰下层住户；可以减小噪音污染；用户可以根据个人喜好对
卫生间进行布局。目前同层排水技术的应用正日趋广泛。
综合同层排水系统产品的市场需求，我公司研发出了PVC-U CTS同层排水，根据应用需求分为汇合式（Ⅰ型）、汇流
式（Ⅱ型），可以实现降板层内渗漏水的吸收、排放，适用于住宅、宾馆、商务楼的污废水分流、排放，污废水合流的排放
管道系统具有选择性强、个性化设计、安装方便、系统稳定、可靠等特点。
Same-floor drain refers to the drainage way that the drain pipe of sanitary ware, which does not cross the floor to the space
of the lower floor, is laid in the same floor with the sanitary ware and connected into the standpipe. Compared with traditional
inter-floor drain, it is advantaged by clear boundaries and the users may maintain the pipe in the current floor to avoid interfere
the residents in the lower floor; having the capability to reduce noise pollution; the users may lay out the bathroom according to
their personal preference. At present, the same-floor drain technology is increasingly widely used.
Combining the market demands for comprehensive same-floor drainage system, the company has developed PVC-U CTS
same-floor drain, which is divided into confluent type (I type) and converged type (II type) in terms of the application demands to
be capable to realize absorption and discharge of leaking water inside the lowering floor. This product is applicable to shunting ●降板高度低
and discharge of sewage and wastewater in residences, hotels and business buildings. The discharge piping system for
confluence of sewage and wastewater is featured by strong selection, personalized design, convenient installation, stable system 中财同层排水系统以立管集水器为核心配件，独特的结构设计能充分利用
and reliability, etc. 降板层的空间，降板高度只需180-220mm。普通同层排水降板高度需要
250-400mm。

多通道地漏水封高度达到国家标准的要求，并且储水量大，其他器具排水可

●具有二次排水功能
立管集水器成了一个D20的横管接入口，可以通过专业二次排水地漏收集降
板层内的渗漏水，排入立管内，该系统具有防返溢功能。
●施工方便
中财立管集水器有一个D110横管接入口，一个D20二次排水接入口，接头
在安装固定前可以多角度自由转动，方便布管。

● Low Height of Lowering Floor
Zhongcai same-floor drainage system, with standpipe water collector as core
accessory, can make full use of the space in the lowering floor relying on its
unique structure design. The lowering floor is 180-220 mm high only. The
lowering floor for common same-floor drain is required to be 250-400 mm high.
● Prevention from Spillover of Odor
The water seal height of multi-channel floor drain meets the requirements in
national standard with big storage capacity of water. Drainage of other utensils
can apply automatic compensation for addition of water to prevent effectively
from dry of moisture to result in spillover of the odor.
● Function of Secondary Drain
The standpipe water collector has a D20 horizontal pipe access. It can collect
the leaking water inside the lowering floor by using professional secondary-
drainage floor drain and discharge it inside the standpipe. The system has the
function of preventing from overflowing back.
● Convenient Construction
Zhongcai standpipe water collector has one D110 horizontal pipe access and
one D20 secondary drainage access. The joints can rotate freely in multiple
angles before installation and fixation so as to facilitate laying the pipe.
