当风机待机时，速度反馈输出低电平；当风机故障时，速度反馈输出高电平；当风机运转时，速度反馈输出占空比为50%的方波，频
率与电机输入电流的频率一致，根据公式n=60f/p，其中n为转速，f为电机输入电流的频率，p为极对数。本型号电机的极对数为4，
每转输出4个方波。
When the fan standby, the speed feedback output low level; When the fan fails, the speed feedback output high level;
When the fan is running, the speed feedback outputs a square wave with a duty cycle of 50%, whose frequency is the
same as that of the motor's input current. According to the formula n=60f/p, where n is the speed, f is the frequency of
the motor's input current, and p is the polar logarithm. The polar logarithm of this motor is 4, and 4 square waves are
output per revolution.
