1，PS反应釜 BM-FY-100L/500L PS Reaction Kettle BM-FY-100L/500L
•反应釜可采用SUS304、SUS316L等不锈钢材料制造。搅拌器有锚式、框式、桨式、涡轮式，刮板式，组合式，无级变频调速，可满足各种物料的特
殊反应要求。密封装置可采用机械密封磁力密封等密封结构。加热、冷却可采用夹套、半管、盘管、米勒板等结构，加热方式有：蒸汽、电加热、
导热油，以满足耐酸、耐高温、耐磨损、抗腐蚀等不同工作环境的工艺需要。可根据用户工艺要求进行设计、制造。

纺布，纤维布，PE膜，等底膜。铸膜厚度15um-60um,涂布厚度根据客户工艺。涂布方式V型刮刀/狭缝挤出，单面浸渍等多种工艺。可根据用户工
艺要求进行设计、制造。

6，平板膜片错流测试设备BM-MP-225/800 Flat membrane cross-flow test equipment BM-MP-225/800
•高压平板膜错流评价设备（渗透膜片测试性能检测。本设备主要适用于平板纳滤，反渗透，海水淡化，渗透气化等膜片的性能测试。测试性能包括
通量测试，脱出率测试，及其他定制要求测试。该设备单膜池的测试面积为31.2cm²。设备采用圆形及矩形结构。膜池数量4组，8组，12组等三种
规格，压力分类0.05-1.0mpa, 0.1-2.5mpa,0.1-10mpa。设备由我公司多名研发人员设计，符合膜片测试性能要求，且快装快拆，经久耐用。而且可根
据用户工艺要求进行设计、制造。
